One Sunday a woman came to a church service and noted that we sang a-cappella because we had no pianist. So, she offered to play for us. She came on Saturday morning to practice and told us that she had not played in twenty years and had arthritis but wanted to serve. Her playing was halting at first, but she played that Sunday and the next and over time she got better and better. She had a heart for service and she loved to play the piano. So we invested in her by giving her a place to use her gift.
